Today, Jim Bender released the following statement regarding a legislative report that found Kelly Ayotte shared responsibility for failing to stop the FRM ponzi scheme.
"The legislative report released today on FRM only affirms the fact that Kelly Ayotte is not who we thought she was. How can we expect her to go to Washington and protect the taxpayer when she failed to protect the hard-earned savings of the citizens of New Hampshire? This is not the kind of leadership we need in Washington. Certainly she wishes she could delete this part of her Attorney General record. You can delete your emails, you can delete your calendars, but you can't delete the truth."
