"With this much baggage, voters should question her viability to win in November," said Lindstrom.
Lindstrom said that Ayotte "was the Attorney General and it was her job at the time to get this information on her desk," and investigate the FRM matter.
"She was the state's chief law enforcement officer at the time," said Lindstrom. "She can't have both positions. The ad shows she created a task force to investigate mortgage fraud and then says two years later that she was unaware of it.
"She's made excuses time after time, but real leaders don't let their hands get tied," Lindstrom said.
