Our federal government is wasteful, inefficient, and delivers far too little for what it spends. Our national debtsoared to more than $11.4 trillion in 2009, with federal expenditures nearly twice that of tax receipts. This is unsustainable, it is reckless and it jeopardizes our future. Too many people running for office are either career politicians, or people who want to be career politicians. We need someone who is focused on cleaning up government, ending corruption, and stopping wasteful spending.
